Impossible…starring…who I think is the epitome of a MOVIE STAR…Tom Cruise! Every time I’ve interviewed Tom…he’s been incredibly warm, gracious, and larger than life! And heck, if that’s what 49 looks like…I’ll have what he’s having. Double that! I recently covered the NYC premiere of Mission impossible: Ghost Protocol…where the over-the-top production value of the premiere made me feel like I was in Hollywood! The red carpet tent blocked off all of 54th street between 6th and 7th avenues…and came with an audience (flown in from all over the country) and a fancy car…e.g. the BMW i8 concept car. This ride is Tom’s a.k.a. Ethan Hunt’s new toy in the action spy flick. For all you car obsessed folks….this electric hybrid car will hit the market in 2014. I’ve been told to see this M:i flick on Imax…because the scene where Tom jumps out of the world’s tallest building in Dubai (Burj Khalifa, which is 2723 ft tall) just wouldn’t be as thrilling otherwise. By the way…Tom did 99.99% of his own stunts.
